1. About BBA Peptides
BBA Peptides (“BBA,” “we,” “us”) operates as a research-use-only (RUO) laboratory chemical supplier at https://bbapeptides.us. We are not a compounding pharmacy, a 503A facility, or a 503B outsourcing facility. Nothing we sell is a drug product, a finished pharmaceutical, or a regulated medical device under the United States Food, Drug & Cosmetic Act or equivalent foreign law.
2. Who may purchase
You may only order from BBA Peptides if you are:
- 21 years of age or older;
- a qualified researcher employed by or affiliated with a laboratory, academic institution, university, hospital, government research program, or a commercial entity conducting legitimate scientific research; or an individual with equivalent scientific training;
- purchasing materials exclusively for in vitro, bench-scale, or institutional laboratory research—not for administration to yourself, other humans, or animals; and
- responsible for understanding and complying with all laws in your jurisdiction that govern the purchase, possession, importation, and use of research chemicals.
By placing an order you represent and warrant that each of the above conditions is true at the time of purchase and will remain true through receipt and use of the materials.
3. Research use only — prohibited uses
BBA materials are supplied strictly for legitimate scientific research. The following uses are expressly prohibited:
- Human or animal consumption, ingestion, injection, inhalation, topical application, or any form of in vivo administration;
- Diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical use on any person or animal;
- Preparation of compounded drug products under 503A or 503B;
- Performance enhancement, cosmetic, or aesthetic use;
- Consumer, household, or agricultural use;
- Any demonstration, experiment, or trial on human or animal subjects outside an approved institutional protocol.
BBA may refuse, cancel, or refund an order at any time and may refuse future sales to any buyer whose order or communication suggests non-research use.
4. Not FDA-evaluated
The statements on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. BBA Peptides is an RUO chemical supplier. No product sold here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, condition, or illness in humans or animals.
5. No medical or dosing advice
BBA Peptides does not provide medical advice, dosing guidance, or administration protocols. Any request for dosing, administration instructions, or advice about use in humans or animals may be refused, and the associated order may be cancelled. If you are seeking medical treatment, consult a licensed healthcare provider.
6. Hazard acknowledgment
Research peptides and laboratory chemicals may pose hazards including toxicity, irritation, or sensitization. By ordering you confirm that you understand the associated hazards, possess the appropriate facilities and training to handle the materials safely, and will comply with all applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
7. Buyer’s jurisdictional responsibility
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether purchase, importation, possession, and use of any product is lawful in your country, state, or locality before placing an order. BBA Peptides makes no representation that any product is legal in any jurisdiction outside the United States. BBA assumes no liability for import seizures, customs delays, or any loss arising from regulatory action in your jurisdiction.
8. Sales and refunds
All sales are final. BBA does not accept returns of opened or used research chemicals. Manufacturing defects are handled case by case; contact support via Telegram @BBA_Mia. Cash refunds are provided only where required by applicable law.
9. No warranties
Products are supplied “as is” for research purposes only. BBA Peptides makes no warranty, express or implied, as to fitness for any particular purpose, merchantability, accuracy of batch-specific data, or suitability for any experiment. Third-party certificates of analysis (COAs) cover the specific lot tested; results may vary by lot.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BBA Peptides’ total liability to you for any claim arising from your purchase or use of any product is limited to the amount paid for that specific order. BBA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or lost profits, however caused.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in a new effective date and, where required by the version key in our gate, a fresh researcher confirmation. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
