BBA Peptides (also known as BeiBangAn, “BBA”) operates the research-peptide storefront at https://bbapeptides.us. References to “we,” “us,” or “BBA” in this policy mean BBA Peptides.
2. What we collect through the researcher gate
When you confirm your researcher status on the access gate, the following information is stored only on your device (localStorage), not transmitted to our servers:
- Your email address (used to pre-fill the checkout form; never shared or sent without your order).
- Your field of research (e.g., Pharmacology, Molecular Biology).
- The fact that you accepted this gate and the version of the terms you accepted.
- The timestamp of acceptance.
Clearing your browser data removes this confirmation. No cookies are set by the gate itself.
3. What we collect through orders
When you place an order, we collect the information you provide at checkout:
- Name, email address, phone number, and shipping address.
- Order contents, quantity, and pricing.
- Your chosen payment method (we record the method label; we do not process card numbers or hold payment credentials).
- IP address (hashed for rate-limiting; not used for profiling).
Order data is stored in our database and retained as long as necessary for order fulfilment, customer support, and legal compliance.
4. How we use your information
- Order fulfilment: to ship your order, send confirmation, and allow you to track it via your BBA-XXXX order code.
- Customer support: to respond to questions and resolve issues through our support channel (bbapeptides.us/support or Telegram @BBA_Mia).
- Compliance: to document that buyers confirmed researcher status and agreed to research-use-only terms.
- Referral programme: if you were referred or have an affiliate code, to attribute and calculate referral earnings.

5. Sharing your information
We do not sell, rent, or broker personal data. We share your information only in these narrow circumstances:
- Fulfilment partners: your name, address, and order contents are shared with the logistics or supplier partner responsible for shipping your order.
- Email delivery: order confirmation emails are sent through a transactional email provider; that provider processes your email address to deliver the message.
- Legal requirements: if required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory request, we may disclose information as necessary.
6. Cookies and analytics
The storefront uses first-party analytics (anonymous session and page-view data) to understand traffic patterns and improve the site. No third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking scripts are loaded on order or checkout pages. 10. Changes to this policy
