Shipping, Returns & Cancellations
1. How ordering works
Orders are placed on the site and payment is completed through our Telegram channel. No card is taken on the website and no card credentials are stored on our servers. Once your order is submitted, our support bot @BBA_Mia on Telegram will contact you to complete payment and confirm shipping details.
If you have not heard from us within a few hours of placing your order, message us directly at @BBA_Mia or call +1-941-299-1596.
2. Tracking
A tracking number is provided via Telegram once your order ships. You can also check order status at bbapeptides.us/status using your BBA-XXXX order code. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us and we will look into it.
3. Customs and import
Buyers are responsible for understanding import regulations in their country. Research chemicals may be subject to customs inspection. BBA Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, and we cannot guarantee that any shipment will clear customs in any jurisdiction. Import duties, taxes, and fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
If a package is seized by customs, we will assess on a case-by-case basis. Contact us via @BBA_Mia with documentation.
Wholesale members: if a package doesn’t clear customs, we reship it. The guarantee applies to orders placed while your Wholesale membership is active; contact @BBA_Mia with your order code.
4. Returns
All sales are final. Because our products are research chemicals, we do not accept returns of opened or used materials under any circumstances.
If you receive a product that is visibly damaged, incorrectly labelled, or clearly the wrong item, contact us within 72 hours of delivery via @BBA_Mia with photos and your order number. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement shipment or store credit.
Unopened items in original condition may be eligible for return at our discretion. Contact us before returning anything.
5. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before payment is confirmed at no charge — simply let us know via Telegram. Once payment has been confirmed and the order has entered fulfilment, cancellation may not be possible or may incur a partial restocking fee depending on the stage of processing. We will always try to accommodate reasonable requests.
BBA Peptides reserves the right to cancel any order at any time and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfil it, if we have reason to believe the order conflicts with our Research Use Policy, or for any other lawful reason.
